Terms & Conditions

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please Note: Chicopee reserves the right to close or reduce operating hours, facilities, lifts or runs without notice to the public; based on weather, available terrain, snow condition, mechanical reason, slowness in business, if it is not feasible to operate, or for any reason outside of our control.

Chicopee follows all Public Health and Agency regulations.

Winter Programs and Camps

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Chicopee reserves the right to move students to the appropriate lesson or program for their ability. This is done on a prorated basis. If there is not an appropriate lesson or program the participant will be moved to private lessons and prorated.
  • Students may transfer their program/camp to another date (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the start of the program/camp at the current price. No transfer will be made after the program starts.
  • Transfers of any sort are subject to a $50 Transfer Fee.
  • All unattended lessons will be forfeited.
  • All programs run, cold weather, rain, or shine. Please dress for the weather.
  • Programs or camps under ratio may run at a reduced interval (example: an 80min lesson may be reduced to a 50min lesson if ratios are not met).
  • NEW THIS SEASON: If Chicopee cancels your weekly lesson, you will be notified, and the lesson program will be extended by one (1) week on the same day and time. [Week of MAR 10 to 16, 2025].
  • If Chicopee cannot deliver your 9-week lesson program within the allocated 10 weeks (more than one cancellation), you will be notified, and the cancelled lesson will be credited (prorated value) to your Chicopee account. This credit may be used for any Chicopee purchase.
  • If Chicopee cancels your Holiday or March Break camp, you will be notified, and the camp will be refunded (at a prorated value if applicable).

Private Lessons

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Lessons may be moved to a different date and time up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancelled lessons with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $40 Administration Fee and the remaining balance will be returned in the form of a credit.
  • If Chicopee cancels your lesson, you will be notified, and the lesson will be credited to your account. This credit may be used for any Chicopee purchase.

Gift Cards

  • All sales are final.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lift Tickets

  • All sales are final.
  • Please read liability and rules on the back of your lift ticket. You are responsible for your ticket. Each ticket must be attached to a new wire. Lost, stolen or tickets that have fallen off will not be replaced.
  • All ticket users must adhere to our wellness code and Alpine Responsibility Code.
  • Chicopee reserves the right to alter or change pricing at any time.

9-Week Lease Equipment Program

  • Equipment is leased on a first-come first-served basis, based on exact sizing needs.
  • Pre-season (before opening day): A $50 Cancellation Fee is applied if the participant no longer requires the lease equipment.
  • In-season (opening day forward): All sales are final.
  • A valid credit card (with an expiry past end of season) is required at time of pick-up.
