Chicopee offers exciting summer camps for kids born 2002 - 2011.

A week at Chicopee camp can include: Low Ropes, Rock Climbing, High Rope Activities, Beach Volleyball, Tennis, Field Sports (Soccer, Touch Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer Baseball, etc.), Disc Golf, Fitness Trails, Team Building Games, Crafts, Nature Hikes, and much more. Our camps are designed for campers who enjoy being active in the great outdoors!

Each day, campers will participate in five periods of activity with breaks for snacks and lunch. Here is what a day at camp could look like:

Colour Nations:
Colour Nations is a community based approach which will allow our campers of all ages to interact with each other to promote mentorship within larger groups.

It is about creating camp culture amongst campers and leaders. Showing courtesy, leadership and spirit while at Chicopee camp will not go unnoticed and Colour Nations teams will earn points for “good deeds” throughout the week. Activities can include: World Cup Soccer, Capture the Flag, Adventure Relay Races, Tie-Dye and more!

Camps Include:

  • 2 Snacks

  • Morning drop-off at 8:30am - 9:00am / pick up from 4:30pm - 5:00pm
  • Activities outlined in camp descriptions
  • Camps qualify for the Ontario Children’s Tax Credit

Please note that if a camper is not picked up by 5pm, they will be automatically charged $10 for our extended supervision program for the day. Pick-up time will be extended to 6pm and your child will receive a snack while they wait.

Extended Care & Meals

Lunch Plan

We'll make lunch for your little camper for $50 a week. We are a nut-free facility.

Extended Care

Add Extended Care to your child's camp package and extend their time at camp until 6pm. Your child will also receive a snack while they wait for only $40 / week.

Adventure Camp

Born 2002 - 2007 // Weeks 1 - 10

Adventure Camp is every active kid’s dream! Explore everything that Chicopee has to offer, from Climbing to Tennis, Volleyball, Disc Golf and many more adventures (excluding biking). Adventure Camp is a proven favourite; as well as a great introduction to some of the other programs that Chicopee offers.

Adventure Camp for Pre-School & Primary

Born 2008 - 2011 // Weeks 1 - 10

Campers get to experience the activities that the big kids do in Adventure Camp, but at a pace that suits their interests. Group sizes are kept to a 6:1 ratio to ensure our young campers get the attention they need while learning new sports & games. Our counsellors are true “Kid Experts”, and will have your young camper falling in love with summer camp from Day 1!

Girls Adventure Camp

Born 2002 - 2007 // Weeks 1 - 10

No Boys Allowed! Girls Adventure Camp offers up a great way to experience camp & meet other girls the same age. Explore everything that Chicopee has to offer, from Climbing to Tennis, Disc Golf to Volleyball, and so much more (excluding biking). Come check out a week of Girls Camp, the fun may only last a week, but the friends you meet will last a lifetime!

Tennis Adventure Camp

Junior 2006 - 2007 // Weeks 4 & 8

Tween 2004 - 2005 // Weeks 3 & 7

Teen 2002 - 2003 // Weeks 2 & 5

Tennis camp serves up an ACE every time! Whether you're a pro or new to the sport, you will learn the proper mechanics, tactics and gameplay through certified instruction. In the mornings, campers will get to experience adventure activities such as Climbing, Beach Volleyball, Disc Golf, Soccer, and more (excluding biking). In the afternoons, Chicopee’s certified tennis Pro will introduce the FUNdamentals of tennis, refine hitting skills and court awareness, and play technique improving games such as King’s court and Jailbreak. Tennis Camp is a cross court winner for all those involved.

Bike Adventure Camp

Born 2002 - 2007 // Weeks 1 - 10

For those who love living on 2 wheels! Chicopee’s Bike Adventure Camps are a hit with anyone who has an interest in biking. From new riders, to future “bike phenoms”, Bike Camp has something for everyone. Campers will explore an urban tour, our cross country trails, Skills Park, as well as a variety of fun bike games. Counsellors will share basic bike maintenance skills, as well as focus on developing each riders’ abilities. Campers will also get to experience adventure activities such as Climbing, Beach Volleyball, Disc Golf, and Soccer. Bike camp has generated new bike addicts every summer, this is an awesome program that delivers an exciting experience in a safe environment.

Campers must bring their own mountain bike and helmet, and be able to ride unassisted.

Bug Spray / Sun Screen / Hat / Sunglasses / Change of Clothes / Running Shoes / Bike Helmet & Mountain Bike - All week for bike camp / Rain Jacket (depending on the forecast) / Tennis Racquet / Unbreakable Water Bottle / Extra snacks for the hungry ones. / Required medication - Epi-pen, inhalers etc. / Backpack (for storage of personal belongings)

Please Don't Bring:

Electronic gadgets(phones, iPods, etc.) / Valuables / Clothing not suitable for camp (i.e. stuff you don't want to get dirty) / Foods with nuts (other campers may be allergic)
