Feel the reward of the gym, with the enjoyment of time spent outdoors. Chicopee’s Adrenaline Fitness Centre provides you with everything your looking for in an outdoor fitness routine. Get your heart rate up hiking the hills and trails, or use Chicopee’s fitness trail to kick your workout into high gear. Sign up for a Boot Camp or personal training and work with a certified trainer!

Yoga Classes

“Yoga at the Hill! Come out and experience Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Wednesday nights from 7:30pm-8:30pm (November 9 – November 30). Enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation and conditioning exercises. Phone or drop in to Chicopee Guest Services to register.”

$40 for the 4 week session

Zumba Classes

Zumba fitness is fast paced dance-fitness exercise program using a combination of dance steps such as salsa, merengue, cha-cha, cumbia and reggae tone. Zumba also uses fitness exercises such as squats,knee lifts and bicep curls. Zumba music uses mostly Latin rhythms but also uses other upbeat music from calypso to swing.

NEW - Active Fit

Come out and get active using a variety of activities, run, bike, climb, and everything in between. Chicopee provides all the required equipment; just bring your energy (and a water bottle!). Program is available Monday and Friday evenings beginning May 16th, 2011. Mondays: 6pm | Fridays: 6pm

NEW - Hill Climbing

Get active and be social. Climb the slopes at Chicopee and stay fit while having fun. Program is available Wednesday evenings starting May 18th, 2011. Wednesdays: 6pm

Fitness Equipment Rentals

We have: resistance balls, Bosu, TRX, Exercise Balls, and balance boards. All equipment is available only to members & passholders. Book equipment with Guest Services. Single Day: $5 | Unlimited Use: $60

Complimentary Boot Camps

Chicopee will be hosting 4 Complimentary Boot Camps for Green Season Members; all members will receive a voucher for their boot camp at time of registration, these vouchers are transferable, so please feel free to share yours with a friend if you cannot attend. Complimentary Voucher Classes will be offered on the following dates: May 19, May 26, June 2, June 9. All classes will commence at 6:30 pm.
