2011 / 2012 Winter Memberships & Passes

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Club Concept here at Chicopee. For many years, we have welcomed new and returning members as well as generations of their families who love skiing, snowboarding and being part of everything Chicopee has to offer. Our member surveys tell us that people want more from belonging to our special Club – so this year we are happy to announce the following new membership benefits in addition to those already in place.

Tot memberships do not include passes or food & beverage voucher. eXpress passholders and Legends passholders are not eligible for the "2011 / 2012 Full Winter Membership Benefits"

Special Passes (eXpress & Legends) are valid Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 9:30 pm & Saturday 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Please note the special passes listed above include $20 food and beverage credits for the Silvertip Lounge and the Chicopee cafeteria. Voucher expires at the end of the 2011 - 2012 ski & snowboard season. Please note all classifications and passes must meet membership conditions.

Member Bring a Friend Days Terms & Conditions: Each member (full memberships only) will receive (8) vouchers dated for each of the Member Bring a Friend Days. The voucher is valid only on the date and time listed. Friend information is to be completed on the reverse side of the voucher and each guest is limited to 1 free visit per season.

2011 / 2012 Winter Reciprocal Program

Chicopee works with other resorts and attractions to offer discounted opportunities for our members, stretching the value of your membership. The reciprocal program is only available to our members. A complete package of offers is available online at here. Some restrictions may apply based on type of membership purchased.

1. Purchase your membership for the 2011-2012 ski & snowboard season
2. Earn $25 credit for every new member or passholder that joins on your recommendation.

Certain restrictions apply: Referred Tot memberships do not qualify. Members from 2010-2011 season cannot count as having been referred. All referred members & referrers must maintain memberships throughout the season and be in good standing. Gift cards will be issued at the time of referral with a valid referral card. Referrals must be indicated on the new membership application at the time of purchase. Chicopee staff & board members are not eligible for referral program.

Corporate Memberships & Passes

Chicopee is offering even more to our corporate customers this year. Our research indicates that the corporate market is looking for a variety of products from Chicopee to help promote the winter season to their employees, clients and family. Customers must have a business number to qualify.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of Chicopee’s Corporate Program. Within our offerings this year, we will be offering the following great products and services:

Corporate Consignment: Sell discounted lift tickets within your own organization and make money on every sale!

Corporate Passes: Purchase a minimum of 3 “shared membership passes” at 10% off regular membership rates. You can use these passes within your organization amongst a variety of employees and clients.

Corporate Lift Off Booklet: Purchase a unique booklet containing five 2-hr lift tickets, five 4-hr lift tickets and 3 FREE full day lift tickets.

Corporate Fundraisers & Events: Corporate members automatically receive $100 off the rental of a room for special events and designated dates throughout the year. You can also rent a hill for a night, or any of our facilities, to assist in your fundraising efforts.

Helmets at Chicopee

The use of helmets at Chicopee for all skiers and snowboarders (+ bikers and climbers) is strongly recommended. Helmet usage is mandatory in the Terrain Park & for Chicopee Racing programs. Students visiting Chicopee with their school (LEAP programs) are required to wear helmets to participate in ski & snowboarding. Helmet usage is also mandatory for all employees & volunteers.

We recognize that helmets can help reduce the risk of serious head injury when properly worn in conjunction with appropriate skiing and snowboarding behavior as such helmets are included as part of Chicopee’s rental package.
