2010 Green Season Birthdays

Chicopee does birthday parties that impress. Our programs take a Happy Birthday and make it an AWESOME BIRTHDAY. Available activities include: Biking, Climbing, Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Sandbox Play, Disc Golf and more. The basic Birthday Party is 3 hours in duration including activities and lunch or dinner. Select a party & meal option, set a date and let the fun begin!

Parties Include: 2 of Chicopee’s trained facilitators to ensure that everyone is having fun, plus all the required equipment.
Meal Options Include: Pizza, Chicken Fingers or BBQ (Burgers & Hot Dogs) accompanied with chips, canned beverage & a decorate-your-own cupcake.

Price: $250 (minimum of 10 participants).

$20 for each additional person. 50% deposit required for booking, with the remainder due on the date of the event. Additional staff may be added if a large group size warrants, longer parties are also available. (Additional rates apply)

2009 / 2010 Winter Season Birthdays

Chicopee does birthday parties like nobody else! Our programs take a “Happy Birthday” and make it an “Awesome Birthday!” Birthday parties are available in a variety of types. The basic Birthday Party is 3 hours in duration, including activities and lunch or dinner.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with remainder due on the event date. Birthdays proceed as scheduled in all weather conditions, Chicopee will only cancel due to extreme weather conditions. Date and time selections may be adjusted up to 48 hours prior to commencement. A $25 administration fee will be applicable for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. Additional rates would apply for lengthened parties. Waivers must be signed by the participant and/or parent/guardian (18+) and submitted by day of the event. A booking request form will be required for confirmation to be issued via email.

Loot Bags

Basic Loot Bag ($5 per bag): Loot bags are filled with edible treats and generic or gender specific small toys.
Option A ($10 per bag): Offering A is a basic loot bag that includes a $5 Chicopee Gift Card.
Option B ($15 per bag): Offering B is a basic loot bag with a stuffed “Kodi” bear (our Chicopee mascot a $15 value).
Option C ($25 per bag): Offering C is a basic loot bag that includes a Discover Chicopee Vouchers ($29 value).
